Common questions, answered.

How do I reset my master password?

Use the recovery key you saved when you first set up your master password. Sign in, click 'Forgot master password?', enter the recovery key, then pick a new master password. We can't reset it for you — by design.

How do I revoke access from a teammate?

Users page → row menu → Revoke Access. Vault keys for every vault they had access to rotate automatically. To remove only specific vaults, use Manage Vault Access instead.

Why does my private vault count toward the plan limit?

Each member's private vault is real storage — encrypted just like a shared vault, and it occupies the same kind of slot. We count it toward your plan's vault and secret caps for transparency.

Where do I find old invoices?

Subscription page → Billing history. PDF invoices are available for 24 months.

How do I export my vaults?

From the Vault detail page, the More menu (kebab) on each secret has Copy / Reveal options. Bulk JSON export is on the roadmap for Business plan customers — contact us if you need it now.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Delete account. We permanently delete your encrypted blobs and metadata within 30 days. Because we held only ciphertext, there is nothing readable to delete.
